For many years she worked for Prince Seasonings in Dallas. This company blended spices for restaurants and companies like Frito- Lay and Dallas Tortilla. Her starting positioning was in the warehouse blending and packaging their products. Her hard work and knowledge was rewarded with promotions to warehouse manager, then senior purchasing agent and eventually partner.
While working full time she raised her five children with a firm hand. She moved her family to Carrollton where she lived for the past 49 years. From the beginning, her life was filled with difficulties that she always overcame. Her faith in God and her love for her family were the source of her strength. Rosa was the foundation of the family she built. She will be missed, but her strength, work ethic and love of family will continue through us all.
Rosa is survived by her sister, Carmen Gonzalez, her daughter Rose Boisse, son-in-law Julian Boisse, Sr., sons Michael Gonzales and Andy Gonzales, as well as 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
