Coleen was born in Gilmer, TX on July 19th, 1928 to Coleman and Geraldine Killion. She graduated from Marshall High School, and received an undergraduate degree from Mary Hardin Baylor. She was married to Morris Lipman and had two sons, Gary and Lawrence.
Coleen was dedicated to her family. She held a deep love and devotion for her family members, always putting them first.
Coleen is survived by son Lawrence Lipman, sister JoAnn (Byron) Gillory, and five grandchildren: Aaron (Jenae), Ryan (Mariah), Matthew (Linda), Sam and Abby Lipman. Also two great-grandchildren: Kaia and Brielle Lipman. She was preceded in death by husband Morris, sister Bobbie Sitton, brother Bud, and son Gary (Eloise) Lipman.
The service will be held Monday, February 10th at 10am at the Ted Dickey West Funeral Home in Dallas, TX. The graveside service will take place Tuesday, February 11th at 11:30am in Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Jefferson, TX.
