Tommy was born on April 16, 1953 in Texarkana, Texas, a son of William Thomas Sr and Anita (Elliot) Nuckols.
A truly incredible gig came to an end this week. Tommy Nuckols' time on Earth ended too soon, but the love he shared and the music he created will live on in the hearts of those lucky enough to experience them.
Tommy is survived by his two children, his son: William Thomas Nuckols III, and his daughter Natalie Nichole Nuckols. One grandson: Colton Thomas Nuckols, who already possesses the family gift of rhythm.
He is also survived by his mother: Anita Nuckols, as well as his brother: Jim Nuckols, brother: Dixon Nuckols, and sister: Angie Nuckols.
He was preceded in death by his father: William Thomas Nuckols Sr.
Tommy's generous spirit and infectious laugh made him an amazing friend to many.
His unmatched passion for music made him a talented percussionist who kept the beat for numerous bands over his long career. Love was Tommy's gift to family and friends.
