Doreen Bub

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Doreen F. Bub who passed away from this life peacefully while surrounded by loved ones on October 18th, 2026 in Brookhaven, NY following a challenging battle with COPD.

Born on May 3rd, 1963 to parents William Bub and Jean Shork in Bronx, NY, she began her early life growing up alongside siblings Linda J. Bub Bisso, Dale A. Bub Mazzone, Steven Bub and Robert Bub. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother (“Bubby”) as well as a person of deep faith. She is survived by her son, Steven Riddle, her grandchildren Emily Riddle, Sophia Riddle, Ellie Riddle and Kieran Riddle, as well as her siblings Linda and Steven. A private service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st, 2026 followed by interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum on that same day.
