Henry G., “Harry” Cartwright, 8/27/1933 to 3/9/2021. Retired Battalion Chief of the 10th Battalion after serving forty-three years in the FDNY. Beloved husband of Peg Cartwright for sixty-six years. Loving father of Keri Cartwright-Cox (Denis), Wayne (Madeleine), Kris Perota (Joseph), Glenn (Cathy), the late David (Susan), Kathryn (Sean), and Kara (Robert). Devoted grandfather of Kaitlyn Gardner, Shannon Abernathy, Chelsea Finlay, Ryan, Jaclyn, Colin, Lianna DeBarba, Jillian Perota, Kyle, Courtney, Michelle, Sean, Samantha, Damian Rivera, Alexandra Rivera, Victoria Rivera, Erika Laird, Samantha Presta and Alexandra Laird. Loving G-Pa of Seamus Finnegan, Caleb, Aurora, Jack and Riley. Loved brother of Marilyn, Lorraine, Marth and William. Predeceased by brothers Warren and Robert.

Visitation will be held at Claude R. Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home, 1785 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY 11729 on Friday from 2-4:30 p.m. & 7-9:30 p.m. Funeral Mass, Saturday at 10:15 a.m. at Ss. Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
