Mrs. Clariece Smith

Clariece Smith, 68 of Pixley, California passed away on November 16, 2011 in Tulare, California. Clarience was born on January 2, 1943 in Idabell, Oklahoma. Clariece was In-Home Care Provider fro the last twenty-two years. She is survived by Rodney Knox (son) of Pixley, California; Erica Smith and son-in-law Steven Hutchings of Austin, Texas. Brother Freddie Smith, Jr., Sister -in-law, Geraldine Smith of Pixley, California. Sister Betty Smith of Houston, Texas, Uncle James Henry Johnson and wife Barbara Johnson of Los Angeles, California. Aunt, Mae Helen Taylor of Los Angeles, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Clariece was preceded in death by both parents, Freddie Smith, Sr. and Annie Mae Smith of Delano, California. Two brothers, Otis Smith of Delano, California and Cotis Smith of Pixley, California. Services will be held on November 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Delano Mortuary Chapel. Palbearers will be Rodney Knox Raymond Smith, Michael Walker, Christoper Love, Odis Smith Jr., and Vance McKinney. Presiding clergy will be DuBose Stephens of St. Paul A.M.E. church of Pixley, California. Final resting place will be North Kern District Cemetery in Delano, California.
