Flordelisa Cabading Fernandez

Flordelisa Cabading Fernandez, a beloved and kind-hearted individual, passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on November 26, 1969, in the Philippines, Flordelisa grew up in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, where she developed her hard-working and resilient nature. She was a resident of Delano, California.

Flordelisa was married to Jimmie Fernandez in 1996, and together they raised three children: Christian James Fernandez, Kimberly Fernandez, and Jeremy Christopher Fernandez. Her family was the center of her world, and she was known for being selfless and patient, always treating other children as if they were her own.

Flordelisa worked for Walmart for 23 years, embodying the traits of a thoughtful and dedicated employee. Her personal interests included family gatherings, vacations and traveling, and playing cards with her family. She was known for her beautiful soul and the love she shared with those around her.

Her legacy is one of love and kindness. She often reminded her children with motherly words of care: “make sure to eat, drive safe, make sure to pray, and I love you.” These words continue to echo in the hearts of those she left behind.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Delano, located at 707 Browning Rd., Delano, CA 93215-9747, on December 5, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Rosary will take place at the same location on December 5, 2025, at 5:00 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 1015 Clinton St., Delano, CA 93215, on December 6, 2025, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. The Committal Service will follow at North Kern Cemetery District, 627 Austin St., Delano, CA 93215, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am.

Pallbearers honoring Flordelisa's memory will include Christian James Fernandez, Brandon Fernandez, Cameron Fernandez, Nathan Aniel, Reagan Cabading, Hamilton Cabading, Junior Cabading, and Nikko Pagatpatan.

Thank you for everything, Flordelisa. Your love will always be with us and will be passed along forever. We will miss you dearly and love you always. You were a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, family, and friend.
