I remember Jacob as a small child whom i would babysit from time to time.Letty would go on a date and Jacob would stay with us. He was so cute and I hold a special place in my heart for him. He would make us laugh and was a joy to have around. He would call me mom. I didnt get to know you as an adult but i am sure that you must of accomplished much but your life was cut short and you didnt get to do more in life. God bless Jacob's family and i pray that God will help them through this difficult time.

What words can i say at this time to help comfort you. Only share the good memories. I remember Jake playing soccer with Anthony when they where younger. Prepping little league fields with Robby not that long ago. And hearing my Jacob talk as recent as last summer playing baskeball with Jacob at Del Vista. Cherish all the memories for he will always shine in yours and everyones heart that he touched. May GOD hold u in his loving arm in the days to come. Find comfort in Believing that u will be with him again. AMEN.

All though I never had the honor of meeting you Jacob I just want to let you know that we never stopped praying for you!! Your mom is a remarkable woman who never left your side!!  She tried her best to be strong for you Jacob and we always knew what was going on with you because she would post updates on FB..I'm soo glad that you are no longer suffering and to know that you are our guardian angel up above watching over us!!  That explains why my little Elaina is always smiling and laughing..we are thankful to know that you are on our side protecting us :) May God continue to bless you and may you Rest In Peace..until our time has come we will meet in heaven one day!!
