Josefina Torralba Pascua

Josefina (Torralba) Pascua, born January 10, 1927 in the Philippines to Ciriaco and Nicolasa (Coloma) Torralba. She Married Victorino Pascua and they came to the US. From this union came eleven children. Josefina loved to cook and entertain family and friends. She worked in the agriculture industry for 10 years, but she really enjoyed spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren. She was active in her Church and loved the religious services.

Josefina is survived by her eleven children, Dietro Ramit of Las Vegas, Helson Pascua of Minnesota, Eddie Pascua, Diosdado Pascua, Emy Quiambao, Harry Pascua, Isagani Pascua of Delano, Geraldine Fernandez of San Jose, Alohalinda Sese of Georgia, Lilia Fulgencio of Las Vegas, Alex Pascua of the Philippines, and 30 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren, three sisters, two in the Philippines and one in New York.

Josefina passed peacefully on August 17, 2014, at the age of 89 years old. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother and her husband, Victorino Pascua, who she celebrated 67 years of marriage.

Pallbearer are: Russell Pascua, Dodee Pascua, Lewyne Pascua, Reynald Fernandez, Joseph Quiambao, Michael Pascua, Geoffrey Pascua, Denrey Fulgencio.

Viewing will be Thursday August 28, 2014, at 4:00-8:00pm with Rosary starting at 6:00pm

Mass of christian burial will be Friday August 29, 2014 at 9:00am at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at North Kern District Cemetery
