Manuel is survived by his wife, Marcelina Manasala.
A visitation for Manuel will be held Friday, May 8, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Rd., Delano, CA 93215. A cremation will occur.
