Michael Anthony McClintock, 64, was born on January 19, 1962, in Delano, CA, and passed away on September 2, 2026. A lifelong presence in Delano, Mike remained closely connected to the community that shaped him and the people he held dear. He was cherished for the steady goodness he brought into everyday life—faithful, devoted, and loyal, with a gentle patience and an honest way of being that made others feel at ease. Even in serious moments, Mike’s humor could surface at just the right time, a quiet reminder to keep going with hope.

Raised in Delano, Mike attended Delano High School, Class of ’80, and he always kept in touch with his classmates—an enduring reflection of how deeply he valued people and the bonds formed over time. His kindness and generosity were not loud or showy; they were consistent, lived out in the way he showed up, listened, and cared.

Mike worked hard throughout his life, earning respect as a business owner, machine operator, and farm laborer. He approached his work with dedication and integrity, taking pride in doing things the right way. Those who knew him best recognized in him a dependable spirit—steady, hardworking, and inspirational in the simple, lasting example he set.

In 2019, Mike married Deborah Monica McClintock, and he adored his wife with a devoted and loving heart. He also got a kick out of his grandsons, Jacob and Jeremy, especially when they would visit—moments that brought him genuine joy and reminded everyone around him of his warm, kind-hearted nature.

Mike found happiness in the pleasures of time well spent: sports, camping, fishing, picnicking, and, most of all, simply enjoying family time. He will be remembered for his positive attitude toward life, a spirit that stayed generous and gentle, even when life asked much of him.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Delano, 707 Browning Rd., Delano, CA 93215, on September 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. A Committal Service will follow at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin St., Delano, CA 93215, on September 17, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

Pallbearers will be Coby McClintock, Michael Rede, Jack Tillman, Larry Smith, Chris Edwards, Alvin Homen Jr., Javier Reyes, and Anthony D. Cortez. Honorary Pallbearer will be Kim Ellington.

Mike is survived by his wife, Deborah Monica McClintock.

The family extends heartfelt appreciation and thanks to the family and friends who took the time to come visit Mike in his time of need.
