Mona Luciell Bangi

Mona was born on October 17, 1937 in Monroe Arkansas. Mona met and married her husband Rudy B. Bangi in Delano California. They were married in February of 1952. They started and raised a family in Delano.

Mona loved sewing and reading romance novels. She showed her love through her cooking and baking. Most of all she was known for her famous Apple Cake. It brought smiles to whomever it was shared with. 

Mona is proceeded in death by her husband Rudy B. Bangi, son Rudy Bangi Jr., sister Nell Wieland, niece Kanne Wieland

Mona is survived by her children Renee, Ted, Shawnette, Lorna, Terry, Brian, Gary, Eddie, Ramon, Mary, and Tina, 16 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, sister Evelyn and numerous nephews and nieces.

Viewing Services will be held February 16, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel 707 Browning Road Delano Ca 93215 at 3pm-6pm.

Graveside services will be held February 17, 2023 at Delano Cemetery at 11am
