I, Frank (Francis) Collins,  offer my prayers and condolences to Stuart's family.  We were first cousins, but I never had the pleasure of meeting his family throughout our adult lives.  My life was spent on the East coast and Stuart on the West coast. However,  he and I lived only a mile apart during the many summer hours growing up as we  played the games of farm boys. I was a year older, but we were like brothers.  We only had our summers together, as I moved every year to Grand Forks for my school year.   I cherish those memories.
