My memory of my Grandpa was that even though this man had a very strong attitude. He was always the sweetest to us and all his grandchildren. As a teen I spent many sleep overs, at my grandparents I remember
Abuelito having his radio next to his bed listening to music those are memories I will always cherish. One incident I remember as we were growing up my grandpa driving up with food for us. There was this one time my father came home a little tipsy and I call Grandpa to put dad on check and boy did grandpa show up upset. The respect my father had for his father was engraved in my mind forever. That man (My Father) that was being Rowdy saw his father driving up and poof his buzz was gone just like that. He Bowed his head and not once did he ever disrespect my grandfather. And till now I respected my father for that. A memory of me that was stuck in grandpa's mind when I was younger was one of me, when grandma would make sopita I would say (Mmm Mmm Rica). So everytime I saw grandpa he would say, mija you remember you would say Mmm Rica sopita. One time I was with my other set of grandparents, and mama loisa made me mad. So I decided to called grandpa to pick me up and Yup he sure did go pick me up. I dont recall if I got punished or not but Abuelito brought me home. I have the most beautiful memories of grandpa and he will forever be missed. I ❤ you Abuelito

I remember being about 5 and my grandparents watching me and Lili. One night, my aunts and uncles were watching Grease. My sister and I wanted to watch the movie so badly we hid in the kitchen. My Grandpa came out of nowhere and caught us! We ran to bed as fast as we could. As soon as Grandpa went to bed we snuck back into the kitchen and peeked from around the corner. I will never forget how mad you were, but til this day it still makes me happy because I remember you so vividly. I’m so very sorry I didn’t have the courage to visit you after the accident.
