He was born on May 30, 1959 in Pineville, Louisiana. He worked for Westlake Polymers as a Welder before retiring. An outdoorsman through and through, who felt most at home in the woods or in a blind before dawn. Whether tracking through the crisp morning frost, scouting for the next adventure or sharing tall tales or camp coffee around the fire, he possessed a lifelong passion for the outdoors. He found joy in passing down his knowledge, patience, and a deep request for wildlife for his family, ensuring his love for the outdoors will live on for the next generation.
Beyond the woods, David was a hard worker who approached life with strong hands and a generous heart. He was known for his steady spirit, sharp wit, and a readiness to always to lend a helping hand to neighbors and friends alike. David enjoyed music, singing, and playing the guitar.
