Oh my gosh, my sweet Uncle Dud, Where do I start on how much you meant to me and my family. I have so many precious memories, my first is my mother talking about her handsome big brother. You were such an icon in our family. You took such care in your family. You always provided for them. First you took care of your mother and siblings. Then God gave you a wife and your own family. But you never forget your family. You built your Mother a home. That is something no one expected a son to do with his own growing family. But you did it.
You came to Nashville to visit Music City. You only wanted to see the Grand Old Opry. But what did you do, you took me and my brother when when we only children with you to experience this meca. Tony and I never forgot that experience. I will cherish it to the day I die. Uncle Dud, I will love you to my eternity into Gods heaven. I pray that we will be united then and experience life as our God planned.
