Naola Jeanne Bell

Coming from Houston, Tx., she had lived in DeQuincy since 1968. Mrs. Bell was of the Baptist faith and attended Pine Grove Baptist Church. She was a WMU Director for 25 years. She and her husband enjoyed traveling after his retirement. She was a loving wife, mother and sister.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Barney Bell of DeQuincy; son, Jeffery Earl Bell of Dallas, Tx.; daughter, Barbara Ann Bell of Alexandria, La.; brother James Lee Fredrick of Nacogdoches, Tx.; and sister-in-law, Sandra Lupton of Cleveland, Tx. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clive Lupton and Virginia Fredrick and brother Thomas Earl Lupton.

Her funeral will be at 1:00pm, Thursday, February 26, 2015 in Hixson Snider Funeral Home with the Rev. Glen George officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 25, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and resume on Thursday at 9:00am until service time at the funeral home.
