Theogene Noah Richard

Sulphur - Theogene Noah Richard, 51, passed away on August 1, 2013 in Woodville, Tx.

He retired from Brookshires Brothers after 25 years of service. He was a hard worker despite his disabilities. TN was loved by the Brookshire customers and was well known in Sulphur. He had his own mind set, and a true Richard. He loved his family and was able to spend his last moments with his grandchildren. He was a believer in prayer and knew our Lord and Savior. The last year became a challenge for TN. He fought a good battle and is now with his Heavenly Father. He was a football and basketball fan. Dallas Cowboys was one of his favorite teams to watch and cheer on. He loved his Godfather, Clemie Richard and Godmother, Mary Anne Parker and also his Godchildren, Delanie Richard, Justin Richard and Jerry Mott.

Survivors include his daughter Candi Proctor and husband Chris of Woodville, Tx; brothers, John Richard and wife Mary of Mandeville, La, Larry Richard and wife Becky of Oretta, La, and Chris Richard Sr. and wife Tori of Sulphur, La; sisters, Mary Anne Parker and husband Jimmy of Oretta, La, Carolyn Winstead and husband Mike of Deatsville, Al, Linda Foreman of Sulphur, La, and Catherine Mott and husband Junior of Sulphur, La.; Grandchildren, Destany, Devon and Dillon Richard of Woodville, Tx., and 4 neices and 11 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton Jesse and Juanita Richard; brother, C J Richard; sister Norma Jean Richard and grandparents, Theogene and Mary Richard and Noah and Louvenia Cloud.

His funeral service will be at 10:00am Wednesday, August 7, in Hixson Snider Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Winstead officiating. Burial will be Oretta Cemetery.
