Bowie was a student of mine for four years but, more than that, he was a close friend to my teenaged children.
He was loving, respectful, smart and handsome.
Words cannot express the feeling of loss that the entire community is struggling with at this time.
Prayers for all of his family and friends left behind.

I still can’t believe you are gone. I wish I could thank you enough for being a wonderful father to our son and for being a positive influence in Riley’s life. I hope you can read this from heaven and know the positive impact you have had in so many peoples lives. I’ll miss the friendly banter we had when LSU played Florida. From this Gator fan I wanted to give you one last Geaux Tigers!! I’ll keep praying for your family and I know you will be right there by their side.
