Amber Nicole-Rosara Sanders, formerly known as Amber Nicole-Rosara Moore, age 36, passed away on December 30, 2025. She was born on February 6, 1989, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and went on to make her home in Lansing, where she built a life centered on love, family, and togetherness.
Amber was the heart of her family. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and wife whose greatest joy came from caring for the people she loved. Family gatherings were never just events for her; they were moments to create memories, traditions, and togetherness. Her home was always open and welcoming, filled with laughter and warmth.
She had a natural gift for nurturing others. Motherhood shaped Amber’s heart, and her love for her daughter, Aria, was constant and unconditional. That same love extended to her nieces and nephews and to the many children who passed through her home. Amber was always there, offering guidance, comfort, and unwavering support to Aria, her friends, and nieces and nephews alike. Her house often became the gathering place for her daughter’s friends, a safe and loving space where kids felt at home simply because Amber was there.
Above all else, Amber loved deeply and selflessly. She showed her love through her presence, her care, and her unwavering commitment to family. Her absence leaves a quiet ache, but her love, her warmth, and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Amber is survived by her husband, Daniel Sanders; her beloved daughter, Aria Sanders; her mother, Sheila Parish; her sisters, Samantha Miller, Sara Parish, and Rosetta (Mitchell) Parish-Hawley; and many nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ariana, whom she now holds in peace.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-4:00 pm Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes DeWitt Chapel, 205 E. Washington.
