Anne Louise (Stevens) Peterson

She is preceded in death by her parents, Al and Deanna Stevens; and her brother, Daniel Stevens. Anne had a 5 year battle with breast cancer and then ovarian cancer.

Anne loved her work families from Webster and Lobby PLLC to the Lansing State Journal and ended her career at MESSA. She made lifelong friends at all her places of work. Anne also loved camping in the summer, then in the winter and spring she would take trips to Mexico and Florida. When she was not on vacation you could find her playing bingo or at a slot machine for her favorite pastime.

Anne is survived by her husband, Tom Peterson; daughters, Sarah Allen (Matthew) and Ashley Parker (Devin); sister, Kim (Ken) Detloff; brothers, Jeffery (Kathy) Stevens and Thomas Stevens; and grandchildren, Logan, Brooklyn, Breslyn, Carson, Kaiden, and Braxton. She will also be greatly missed by all her nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation for Anne will be held Friday, July 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Redeemer United Methodist Church, 13980 Schavey Rd., DeWitt, MI, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM.
