Betty Crawford

Lansing

Age 77, died March 18, 2012. Born on March 20, 1934 in England. She came to the Lansing area at the age of 14

years, where she graduated from Lansing Eastern High School. She retired from Ameritech after 22 years of service.

Mrs. Crawford was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Wayne, her parents; John & Eva Thomas, and her

sisters; Joan, Doris, Eva, Hilda, and Mary. She is survived by her children; Sharon Crawford, Brian (Laurel) Crawford, Karen

(Jeffrey) Frandsen, Kim (Robert) Miller, Michael Crawford, David Crawford, Leslie (Jeffrey) Mills; 9 grandchildren, A.J. &

Kyle Gray; Monica, Scott, & Briana Crawford; Jordan & Sydney Frandsen; Jeffrey & Brenna Mills; 1 brother John

(Joyce) Thomas, 1 sister-in-law, Wilma (J.E.) Jones; 2 Brothers-in-law; Joseph Smith, and Harry (Greta) Woodward. Several

nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. DeWitt Chapel, 205 E. Washington,

DeWitt, on March 27, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00pm.The funeral service will be on Wed. March 28, 2012 at 11:00

am at Rivers Edge Community Church. Located at 5222 Dumond Ct. Lansing, Mi 48917. Those desiring may make

contributions to the American Lung Association of Michigan, 403 Seymour, Lansing MI. 48933-1179 in memory of Mrs.

Crawford.
