Daniel Edward Fisher

Dan graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Business Administration. He began his career with Ernst & Ernst and ended his career as a Sole Practitioner at Daniel Fisher CPA CP in Okemos, MI.

Dan is survived by his wife Kathleen, three children; Michael (Mian) Fisher, Susan Fisher, and Edward Fisher and three stepchildren; Gregory (Karen) Burgess, Laurie (Mark) Kocour, and Julie Holbrook. Also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Dan was an avid reader who enjoyed books from all genres and would often reread books that were meaningful to him. He found much joy and contentment spending time at the beach. Dan and Kathy lived in Florida for 22 years and enjoyed the Florida sunshine and beaches before returning to Michigan in 2023.

A private memorial will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
