Dennis Gene Hart

Dennis Hart passed away April 14, 2026 at the age of 69. Dennis was born February 23, 1957 to Kenneth and Mary (Dumont)Hart. Dennis was married to Brenda for 47 years until his passing. Dennis is survived by his wife Brenda, his three daughters Angela (Jason) Colby, Mary (Jamie) Miller, and Laurie (Carl) Martin. Dennis is also survived by four Grandchildren, Jordan (Joey) Golota, James Miller, Hunter Carter, Mikayla (Tyler) Shooltz ; by three Great grandchildren, Jesse and Jaycie Golota, Devin Shooltz; and by four brothers. Dennis loved sports and could always be seen sporting his favorites being Michigan State, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Lions. In his earlier years he spent his time mudbogging with family and friends and listening to his favorite singer Hank Williams Jr to which he could sing every word to every song. Most of all Dennis loved fishing and spending time with his family especially his great grandchildren. Dennis’s most honored work was in his earlier years being a volunteer firefighter for Bath Township. His sense of humor and contagious smile will be deeply missed. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Mary and brother Gary Hart. A Celebration of Life will be held at Bath Community Center, 5959 Park Lake Rd, on May 9, 2026 from 2-6pm.
