Ed graduated from Jackson High School, Jackson Community College and Michigan State University. Following graduation from MSU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971, Ed began his career with the City of Jackson and one year later accepted a position with the City of Lansing where he worked as a Certified Internal Auditor until his retirement.
A lifelong bachelor, Ed enjoyed his independent life, listening to music, studying medicine, taking walks through the MSU Horticulture Gardens and Fenner Nature Center, traveling, watching Spartan football and basketball games, and eating and drinking with friends and family. He made it clear to everyone that he especially loved roast beef and diet cherry Coke!
Ed was proud of his education and his Lithuanian heritage and dearly loved his close friends and family.
