Mom Hurd was a wonderful Mother-In-Law to me and Grandma to our six children. Truly enjoyed the Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings at the Hurd Homestead. She was a great cook and made everything from scratch! A woman of great faith I know she is rejoicing now in Paradise with my son Chuck and her husband Bob. Thanks for the memories Mom.... see you on the other side! ❤️😇🙏

I was so sorry to see Frances obituary even though she lived a long life. My parents were Don and Leola Kiesling and enjoyed a friendship with Bob and Frances when they went to Perry Nazarene. My sympathies to the whole family but especially to John and Jackie who I knew from Perry Nazarene.

My mother was such an amazing person, no one could have asked for a more loving and caring parent. She loved unconditionally.
Her mind was so sharp at 96 it amazed me. Her faith in God was unshakable even when times got rough. I know that she's with Dad now that her earthly time is over.
I love you Mom. You will be missed by many people you have touched through out your life.

I have so many thoughts of dear Frances and most all are related to the moments we share at the music events we both attended in Fowlerville. She love the music we played, as a group, but she always brought up the thoughts and pride of her daughter's playing the Dulcimer. Mary she was so proud of your accompishments, but mostly shared of her pride as a woman. She didn't know how you got everything done "...and now she has to take care of me...", she said.

I told her you got things done because she (Frances) taught her well!

Mary, I sure liked your Mamma!

G-ma Hurd was an amazing woman. She always said "I love you" and gave a kiss on the cheek with every hug she gave. Loved her smile and laugh. I have many fond memories of playing games when we visited her house. Hugs and kisses G-ma Hurd. I love you.

Mom was the best, daily remembered family and friends in prayers.
Loved the Lord, and now is with Him.
Could remember dates better than anyone I ever knew.
Loved puzzles and word searches, and playing dominos.
Thanks for your influence on my life.
