She was preceded in death by her infant son Eddie. Surviving are her children; Kevin (Deidre) Krause, Eric (Nancy) Krause, grandchildren; Danielle, Jenna, Nicklas, Riley Krause, and brother Arthure (Ruby) Giessler.
Jeanette throughout her life explored many different careers including work as a restaurant owner, breeding sheep, operating a farm, and driving a bus. Her favorite moments were time spent with her family, being outdoors in the garden and caring for her fish.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held in September.
