Jeffery was a simple, hardworking man who took pride in a life built around hard work, dedication, and the things he enjoyed. He graduated from Bath High School and began working soon after, spending his career as a forklift driver for several manufacturing companies.
Outside of work, Jeffery enjoyed working with his hands, especially spending time working on his beloved 1944 car. He also had an appreciation for firearms and proudly collected Winchesters over the years.
Jeffery is survived by his sister Jody (Craig) Coulter; niece Megan (Jake) Hindbaugh; great nieces: Abigail, Emma and Faith; and Aunt Phyllis (Joe) Assaff. He was preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Alice Proctor; and brother Keith Proctor.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 1pm at DeWitt Cemetery.
