Joseph Patrick Foltz

Joseph Patrick "Pat" Foltz, 82, passed away on October 22, 2024, in DeWitt, MI. Born on October 07, 1942, in Lansing, MI, Pat graduated from Sexton High School and went on to live a life marked by his passions and the love for his family.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Pat is survived by his wife of 22 years, Carol Foltz; children, Paul Foltz, Craig (Kristen) Foltz, Rachelle (Don) Schleicher, and Sherrie (Mark) Langenstein; grandchildren, Richard (Holly), Anthony (Tori), Mikayla (Kody), Zach (Chloe), Lee, Jackson, and Otto; and great-grandchildren, Chloe, Kinsley, Ronan, and Ivy. He also leaves behind his brothers, Dan (Sue) Foltz and Tom (Patti) Foltz.

A lover of music, especially country/western, Pat was also an ardent Michigan State University fan. His hobbies included golf and he was known as a computer guru. Pat cherished his family deeply, enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time with Carol in Florida. Known for his gentle, fun-loving soul, he made a lasting impact on everyone he met.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 10th from 1:00PM-3:00PM at Prairie Creek Golf Course. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in his name, celebrating his love for life and passion for giving.
