June Elizabeth Reynolds

June was born on June 4th, 1927 in Ingham County, Michigan to parents Raymond Austin Thayer and Lavina Irene (Price) Thayer.

June graduated from DeWitt High School in 1945 and married later that same year, residing in Lansing, Michigan.

In the late 1950s, June became a hairstylist and eventually owned her own salon for many years. June, having a deep faith in God and Jesus, became an active member of the Valley Farms Baptist Church.

June was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend and pet spoiler. She was an amazing homemaker, cook, sketch artist and she loved to travel.

June is survived by her daughter Samantha Ridge-Gray (John) of New York City, New York and her devoted niece Linda Magsig-Kentfield (Dennis) of St. Johns, Michigan, as well as nephews and many friends.

A memorial service celebrating June's life that was originally set for October 18th, 2025 has been postponed. The new service time and day will be announced at a later date. Please continue to check back for updates.
