Lyle "Doug" St. Andrew

December 17, 1942 – August 30, 2025

Lyle “Doug” St. Andrew, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025. He was born on December 17, 1942 in St. Ignace, Michigan. Doug was the son of Clement and Margaret St. Andrew.

Doug married the love of his life, Brenda L. Beeck, on January 2, 1965, in their hometown of St. Ignace. Together, they built a life rooted in love, family, and community.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Clement and Margaret St. Andrew (née Roy); his brothers, Louis St. Andrew, Robert St. Andrew and Floyd St. Andrew; and his grandson, Raymon Perrault.

He is survived by his brother Jerry (Trudy) St. Andrew of Foley, Alabama, and his sister Linda Christensen (née St. Andrew) of Sarasota, Florida. Doug leaves behind a legacy through his children: Sherry (Tony) Stage of Wallace, MI; Russel (Chrissy) St. Andrew of Lincoln Park, MI; Doug (Cara) St. Andrew of St. Ignace, MI; Phyllis (Jeff) Ellison of Auburn, Alabama; and Todd (Tonya) St. Andrew of Watford City, ND.

Doug was a proud grandfather to 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Services will be held in St. Ignace.
