Mischelle Farhat

Mischelle was born June 27, 1952 in Lansing, Michigan. She grew up and lived most her life on

Lake Geneva in DeWitt. Mischelle was an avid painter and passionate about art and gardening.

Mischelle met her husband Jo Codde in 1971 and married in December of 1975.

Mischelle was a loving mother to her two sons, Christopher and Jeffrey.

Mischelle is survived by her children, Chris Codde and Jeff Codde, daughter-in-law Winter

Codde, Granddaughter Scarlett, brother Jim Farhat and sister-in-law Nici Farhat, along with

numerous nieces and nephews. Mischelle was preceded in death by her husband Jo Codde,

her parents Dale and Betty Farhat, sister Terry Harris, and brother Jeff Farhat.

A memorial dinner for family and friends will be held at Piazzano’s in Lansing Wednesday,

September 29, 2021 from 5:30 to 8:00. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations in

Mischelle’s name be made to MSU Promise Endowed Scholarship Fund
