Phyllis Ann Simon

Phyllis grew up with, and later married the love of her life, Clair Simon in Remus, Michigan. The two were married for 35 years before Clair passed in 1986.

After years of raising her six children, Phyllis went to work for the State of Michigan for the Accident Fund, which later became Blue Cross Blue Shield. Phyllis was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church since 1952.

Phyllis is survived by her children Nancy Jasman, Steven Simon (Linda), Susan Marfio (Bruce), Louann Simon (Eric Bergan), Donald Simon, and William Simon; 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Contributions in Phyllis' memory may be made to American Cancer Society.

A Visitation will be held from 2-4PM and 6-8PM, a Rosary Service will begin at 7PM, on Sunday, July 28th at Gorsline Runciman DeWitt Chapel.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am Monday, July 29, 2024 at St. Therese of Lisieux Parish in Lansing, MI, with visitation from 10:00 am until the time of Mass. A luncheon will follow immediately at St. Therese.

Guests and family to meet at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Remus, MI at 3PM for Committal Service.
