Tom Daman passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at the age of 77. He was born January 9, 1942 in Lansing, the son of John and Mary Daman. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Judy Daman; children, Julie Daman (Jim) Linton and Mike (Kerri) Daman; grandchildren, Erica, Ashley, and Seth; great-grandchildren, Chrissy, Kayle, Kenny, Aidan, and Silas; sisters, Rita Arnesen, Betsy Baker, and Theresa Auvenshine. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John Daman; sister, Connie Byrnes. Tom worked as a mechanical insulator for local 47. He loved traveling the country with his family and had a passion for fishing. After retirement he opened his fishing lure business, Worm Daddy Tackle. The last several years he and Judy spent summers in Michigan and winters in Florida, playing euchre at the American Legion in Florida and Senior Center in Bath, where they started the Sunday euchre games. A celebration of Tom's life will take place at 2:00pm on June 8, 2019, at the American Legion, 5480 Clark Rd. in Bath.

So sorry for your loss! Prayers for the family! Tom was a great practical joker! I still remember his snake in an envelope trick! He was also a great card player!
