He was a retired pharmacist of more than 40 years who enjoyed serving the people of Donaldsonville as their pharmacist and friend. He had a genuine desire to help others and found great joy in positively impacting the lives of those around him. His greatest joy was being a father and raising his sons. In his spare time, he enjoyed photography, woodworking, technology, and fishing. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Adams Bellina; two sons, Anthony “Tony” Bellina (Lindsay) and Joey Bellina (Jennifer); four grandchildren, Michael, Olivia, Juliana, and Joelle; stepdaughter, Kelly Allen (Kevin); stepson, Murrel “Mo” Hubble; three brothers, C.J., Michel, and James Bellina; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Virginia Bellina, and his brother, Anthony Bellina.
The family would like to thank Pinnacle Hospice and its staff, Ascension Council on Aging, and Home Instead for their care and compassion. A very special thank you to his sitters, Barbara Brown and Brenda Jackson.
