Betty Lou Conques

Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. She was a Direct Care worker and worked for Louisiana Health and Rehab Options for twenty plus years. Betty was passionate about caring for others and loved her job. She enjoyed spending time with family, dancing, music, fishing, flowers and gardening.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Jaime Barlow (Lori); ten stepchildren, Harold Barlow, Ronnie Barlow, Kip Guillot, Angie Ward, Cindy Morehead, Julie Conques, Nicole Noel, Lance Conques, Natalie Conques and Brock Conques; two grandchildren, Hailee Adams (Kris) and Kylee Barlow (Casey); two great grandchildren, Preston Mulkey and Londyn Adams; numerous nieces and nephews and last but most certainly not least, her special son, Gregory "Greg" Richard who she cared for and loved beyond measures.

She is preceded in death by her former husbands, Lawrence Barlow and Stephen Conques; parents, Horace and Ida Daigle Miller; five siblings, Linda Rogan, Leslie Miller, Melba "Bonnie" Stanford, John Miller and Peggy Stoute and her two beloved Boston Terriers, Jhim Louie and Sissy.

A memorial gathering in Betty's honor will be held at Sharon Baptist Church located at 9433 Section Rd. Port Allen, LA 70767 on Saturday May 3, 2025 from 1:30pm until service at 3:30pm. Officiating the service will be Pastor Terry Swanson.
