Cedric Joseph Usey

Cedric Joseph Usey, 80, a resident of Donaldsonville, died on Monday, November 24, 2014 in Donaldsonville. He was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Shirley Usey; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Marvin Blanchard; two sons and daughter-in-law, David and Calli Usey and Darryl and Karesa Usey; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Alleman, Clay Blanchard, Jordan Brignac, Heather Usey, Abram Usey, Olivia Usey, and Chance Usey; one great grandchild, John Andrew Alleman; one sister Ann Dunn; and one brother Daniel Usey. Preceded in death by his father and mother Lester and Alberta Usey; one sister-in- law, Paula Usey and one brother -in –law, Billy Dunn.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Donaldsonville. Entombment to follow in church mausoleum. Arrangements under direction of Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville.
