Connie Percle Wendt

Connie Percle Wendt, 70, a native of Paincourtville and residence of Donaldsonville, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. She is survived by her two daughters, Donna Wendt Hawkins (Jeffery W. Hawkins) and Sheila Wendt Acosta; two sons, Johnny P. Wendt (Paula D. Wendt) and Jamey J. Wendt (Malinda B. Wendt); thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; two siblings, Marie Dupre and Edward Percle. She is preceded in death by her husband, John R. Wendt; parents, Baptiste and Noelie Cavalier Percle and two brothers, Joseph and Roland Percle. Pallbearers will be: Scottie Wendt, Jesse Wendt, Coty Wendt, Ryan Corde, Toby Acosta, Jonathan Acosta, Johnny Wendt and Jamey Wendt. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Devin Shaffett, Jaiden Wendt Ray Percle and Tyler Hawkins.Visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, Donaldsonville, on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 6 pm to 10 pm and will resume on Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 8 am until 10:30 am at Ourso Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church on Saturday, July 29, 2017.
