Geneva M Sanchez

A resident of Belle Rose and native of Napoleonville, she passed away on Thursday, July 09, 2015. She was 76. She enjoyed spending time with her family and worked hard at home to provide for them.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Shelton Sanchez; two sons, Brent Sanchez and wife, Marilyn O. and Mark Sanchez and wife Vikki; brother, Calvin Casteigne; and a granddaughter, Charlene S. Young and husband, Eric.

Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, Isadore and Agnes Landry Casteigne.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2015 at St. Jules Catholic Church, Belle Rose from 10 am until Mass of Christian Burial at noon. Entombment to follow in the church mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Crossing at Clarity Hospice, 9191 Bluebonnet Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
