Also known as Clem, he loved going to his camp, playing golf, cooking, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife 53 years, Cheryl S. Talbot; two daughters, Cari Leonard (Reggie) and Cheri St. Germain; son, Clint Talbot (Ellen); seven grandchildren, Layla, Luke, Lucille, Milli, Clint Jr., Charli and Gray; two sisters, Caroline Winkler (Tom) and Claudette Charlet (Timmy); brother, Terry Talbot (Mona); along with a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Carolyn Talbot.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 9:00 am until the funeral Mass for 11:00 am at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Plattenville. Interment to follow in the church mausoleum.
