She was the sweetest lady. As a kid growing up in Donaldsonville and attending church at the same church she went to, she would always stop me and ask how I was doing. When I became a nurse she sent me a nurse’s prayer card in the mail. She was the most thoughtful lady and she will be truly missed.

The sweetest lady God ever put on this earth! My step-father (Linden Bujol) was her brother. We were always made to feel like a member of this big, happy, lovable family. May she be happy in heaven with her loved ones.

Every year I was in St.Theresa, they would have a fair. The fair would sale ripoff 50/50 cards. Maw Maw would save all of her quarters up just so we could play all day.
She would also take my cousins and I out to Jelly Stone where we would play bingo with her. She was a Bingo Champion.
Maw Maw, I miss you and love you.

I remember going with my dad, Rene J. Collet, (RJ) and my family to visit everyone in Donaldsonville. We would start at Aunt Lovell’s house, visit Aunt Louise, Uncle Sid and Uncle Paul. Then everyone would end up at Aunt Jeanette’s house with her family. My Nanny Ernestine would be there with her girls also. She would always have something good made. Lots of laughter and lots of catching up on how everyone was doing since our last visit. Cherished memories ❤️
