

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, great aunt, and friend. Julie had a passion for spending time with her family, playing cards, bingo, and traveling.
Julie leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of twenty six years, Harold M. Sagona; two sons, Austin and Bryce Sagona; two siblings, Ida Williams (Daryl) and Anthony Richard (Connie); seven niceces, Jena Ohmer (Billy), Lexie Williams, Kylie Williams (Brian), Toni Lynn Duncan (Jimmie), Amanda Kingery (Eric), Josie Sagona, Sydnee Sagona; one nephew, Peyton Sagona; six great nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Marie Sagona; two brothers-in-law, Chris Sagona (Becky) and Mark Sagona (Gina).
She is preceded in death by her parents Lynn and Rosemary Blanchard Richard and father-in-law, Harold A. Sagona
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff in the SDU1 at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge.
Pallbearers will be: Chris Sagona, Mark Sagona, Anthony Richard, Mike LeBlanc, Billy Ohmer and Brian Hebert. Honorary pallbearers will be: Peyton Sagona and Ethan Ohmer.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville, LA, from 8:30am until service at 11am. Entombment to follow at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
