

Margie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Her family was her world and she always put their needs before her own. Margie was a devout Catholic who cherished her faith . You could often find her saying her rosary or watching mass with the blessed candle burning. She was an extremely talented and creative lady who could make just about anything. Margie was also an outstanding cook. To know her was to love her.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her two daughters, Wanda Landry (Irvin) and Wendy Cassard (Herman); five grandchildren, Dylan Landry (Rikki), Kaitlyn Landry, Cody Cassard, Norie Cassard and Candace Bourgeois (Kerry); three great grandchildren, August Landry, Emery Bourgeois and Norah Bourgeois; one sister, Faye Dupree (Ronnie) and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland Landry; parents, John and Nora Callegan Hebert and her two siblings, Clement Hebert and Gloria Cavalier.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Jules Catholic Church in Belle Rose, LA. Interment to follow in the mausoleum.
