Marie Louise Schexnayder

Marie Louise Laroze Schexnayder, 94, died on Monday, August 4, 2014. She was a native and resident of Donaldsonville. She is survived by three sons, Carol Schexnayder and wife Annette, Philip Schexnayder and wife Marcia, and Francis Schexnayder, Jr. and wife Patricia; nine grandchildren, Randy Schexnayder and wife Angie, Madaline Mallory and husband Vic, Robert Schexnayder and wife Leslie, Ryan Schexnayder and wife Dodi, Philip Schexnayder, Jr.; Jennifer McDowell and husband Jonathan; John Schexnayder and wife Lindsay; Jason Schexnayder and wife Jenna; and Justin Schexnayder; 19 great grandchildren, Peter and Allison Schexnayder, Molly and Haydon Mallory; Kade Schexnayder, Anna Schexnayder, Kameron Schexnayder, Ava Schexnayder, Karson Schexnayder, Julie McDowell, Jonathan McDowell, Jeremy McDowell, Kase Schexnayder, Gabe Schexnayder, Carter Schexnayder, and Samantha Schexnayder; and two brothers, Gerald Laroze and wife Bertha, and Daniel Laroze and wife Rowena.

Preceded in death by her husband, Francis Schexnayder, Sr.; parents, Cyril and Philomen Laroze; two sisters, Laurence and husband Roland Schexnayder, and Therese Laroze.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Donaldsonville. Interment to follow in church cemetery. Arrangements by Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville.

Pallbearers will her grandsons.
