Marjorie Blanchard Troxclair

Marjorie was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. She cherished her family and treasured every moment she was able to spend with them. Marjorie enjoyed dining out and trying different restaurants, though sweets were always her favorite treat. In her free time, she loved listening to country music, working on puzzles, and coloring. She will be remembered for the joy she found in life's simple pleasures and the love she shared with those around her.

She is survived by her two sons, Jody Troxclair and Gregory Troxclair and wife, Gigi Troxclair; her cherished grandchildren, Jordyn Schexnayder and Gypsy-Rose Troxclair and her two siblings, Merlene Bonvillain and Merlin Blanchard.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Troxclair; parents, Nolan and Lillian Blanchard and her two siblings, Terry Blanchard and Cathy Stone.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville, Louisiana, from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church Cemetery, Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
