I'm very sad to hear this news. Although I hadn't seen Mary in many years, I remember her as a sweet natured child and adolescent; apparently she kept that kind heart throughout her adult life. As my sister Sue says, we always looked forward to visiting and spending time with our Graugnard cousins. Paul, Peter, Teresa, and Brian, you have my heartfelt sympathy. I hope that you find comfort in fond memories of Mary.

This is Mary's cousin, " Suzie". I'm so sorry to hear about Mary's passing. She was so sweet. I'll always remember Mama and I picking her up in Grand Couteau on weekends. She was so sweet. I always looked forward to seeing Paul, Peter, Bryan, Teresa and her when they would come to visit us in Parks and I would visit them in St. James. I remember Mama and I babysitting her once at home in Parks. Being the youngest, I felt like she was my little sister. She will always be dear to my heart. My prayers are with you.

Mary was my sister Sharon's best friend for years, and she quickly became mine. We had so much fun in the Blue Door Lounge playing cards and watching the Saints
games, drinking our brews of course , laughing till we peed, and just having a great time with family and friends. I so enjoyed our vacations together. She was a kind and giving person and I loved her so much. She will be missed terribly. Love Donna and Don and family

Mary and I were childhood friends from grade school. After many years of not seeing each other the day finally came when we met again. I remember it so well at Hymel’s Restaurant. We hadn’t seen each other since 8th grade and were now all grown up now. Still same sweet Mary to me ... always in my heart. Love you always my friend Mary ... Rest In Peace.

Mary was always had her own beat. I remember when she came to St. Mary's Dominican College she was going to push the envelope like nobody else. During that year I saw her light up and smile often. I pray she is at peace. Much love.

Looking at THIS pic of Mary brings back so many memories. The do’s & the don’ts. The agree to disagree moments. The time we lived together in Donaldsonville. The things we shared that only us two knew about. Seems like yesterday but we were actually kids or better known as young adults. The crazy nights out with Sharon Simon Zeringue & Kelly Bryant. We’ve all come a long way since then. This past year has been challenging but we will all remember the good times and beautiful memories we get to hold on to. She will be missed by many. RIP my friend.

Mary was such a sweet person. Loved seeing her and talking with her at Heather’s house for all the birthday parties and get together. She will truly be missed but never forgotten . I know that she is living it up in heaven right now. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
