Stanley was a devout Catholic whose faith was an important part of his life. He was a dedicated member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, where he faithfully served in many roles throughout the years. Of all, playing music was his greatest joy and favorite way of serving. He played music in several bands and at his church. Stanley was a devoted family man who always put his family's needs before his own. He treasured every moment spent with his loved ones, and his family was truly the center of his life. His faith, selflessness, love of music, and devotion to family will forever be remembered.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Brenda Pitre Rome; three children, Jacob Rome (Mya), Alycia Rome Schupbach (Adam) and Erica Rome (Aaron); eleven grandchildren, Caleb, Brandon, Emily, Logan, Gage, Trace, Samantha, Emma, Zoey M., Chase and Zoey E.; seven great grandchildren, Taedom, Mayson, Karter, Haven, Lilah, Jameson and Adaline; three siblings, Lester (Gin), Stephen and Benton (Terry) and his two godchildren, Michelle and Haley.
