Theresa Ann Truxillo

She is survived by her loving husband, Augustin "AJ" Truxillo, along with her six children: Wayne Gros, Jr. (Nikki), Arestile Gros (Shontelle), Rene Gros (Billie), Manela Wilson (Aaron), Rebecca Truxillo, Amie Bundscho (Steven); twenty-one grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren (three more on the way); her siblings, Jerry Cedotal, Patricia Blanchard, Ivy Cavalier, Sr., and Michael Cavalier, Sr.; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Manela Cavalier, Rene Cavalier, and Junior Cedotal; her brothers, Wilson Cavalier, Wilbert Cavalier, Sr. and Russell Cavalier, Sr.

Services will be held at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Plattenville, Louisiana, Saturday August 29, 2026 from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in the church mausoleum. Father Raj will be officiating.
