

A loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and a native and resident of Belle Rose, she passed away Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010. Survived by her husband of 44 years, John H. King Jr.; daughter, Carol King Krumholt; sisters and brothers-in-law, Geraldine and Ernest Landry, and Lisa and Danny Sparks; brothers, Morgan Albarado and Glenn Albarado; best friend and sister-in-law, Irene Styiles; sister-in-law, Paulette Albarado; grandchildren, Jace Krumholt, Nicholas Fallo, Shandi Krumholt and Victoria Krumholt; great-grandchildren, London Grace, Isabella, Jordon, Skylair, Devin, Kyle and Kyla; godchildren, Geraldine, Katina and Drew; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Ivy Joseph and Agnes Sanchez Albarado; son, Howard Henry King; sister, Infant Albarado; brother, Harris Albarado; grandson, Blair Krumholt; son-in-law, Jerry "Black" Krumholt; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, John Sr. and Rosalie King. There will be a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, Donaldsonville, Friday, Sept. 3, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Service at Brusly St. Martin Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Saturday, officiated by the Rev. Jason Labbé. Interment in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ernest Landry Jr., Brandon Hebert, Danny Sparks, John Tarver, Drew Albarado and Morgan Albarado Jr. She loved outings with family, especially going to the casino with her sisters and daughter. Her family is pleased that they were able to share with her an enjoyable day together at the Professional Bull Riding Association in Baton Rouge.
