Richard Loveland was a beloved husband, son, and dedicated professional. Born to Carlton and Angela Loveland, Richard worked as a Logistics Manager for the State Office, where his organizational skills and commitment were valued by many. In his younger years, Richard loved to race. He leaves behind his loving wife, Janet Villafuerte, who will cherish his memory forever. In keeping with his wishes, Richard’s body has been cremated. His family and friends will remember him for his kindness, humor, and unwavering support. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. He will be deeply missed.
